1998年开始踏入房地产行业, 至今已超过20年的经验。于2014年开始创办 GIC GROUP / GIC房产投资集团, 实行北马第一家带动旅游产业投资的团队。GIC 业务包括各类型新项目销售, 策划, 团购, 二手房产中介服务和酒店管理服务等等。在短短5年内, 成功把公司转型成为槟城最大规模及表现最佳的房产销售公司。从当初的15位员工, 增加到今天的300位员工。
担任国内数家著名开发商的顾问。2017年12月自创 “旅游产业投资系列” 全马巡回讲座, 一年半的时间内，在全国各地进行超过15场讲座分享会, 并获得热烈反应, 也成功售出超过1000间 位于全马各地的旅游产业项目单位。
2017年带领公司踏上国际舞台, 荣获 ”东盟杰出企业奖“ 最佳年度产业销售公司。2018年被 “光华日报” 提名荣获 “孙中山精神奖 – 个人成就奖”，2021年被 “中国报” 提名北马顶尖企业家之一，也荣获2021亚洲诚信企业家大奖, 2022年马来西亚金鹰奖和2023年金牛奖。
除此之外，也成功把全球最大酒店集团之一 WYNDHAM HOTELS & RESORT 品牌带入槟城, 此国际4星级酒店正在建设中, 将于2024年开始营业, 由GIC GROUP管理。

Successful bring in the World largest hotel brand “WYNDHAM” into Penang, the first Wyndham brand hotel in Penang is targeting to open in 2024, will be manage by GIC GROUP.
